Welcome to Ocean Academy Charter School!

As Head of School, I am proud to have played a role in developing and launching the first and only charter school in Ocean County. Ocean Academy Charter School is the product of years of preparation, determination, and hard work. I am honored to be part of the dedicated team that brought this school to Lakewood in 2017.

Since then, our school has grown from 160 students in grades K–2 to over 500 students in grades K–9. This fall, we will open our new high school building, with room to expand to 12th grade.
​
Our focus is academic excellence while nurturing the whole child. We strive to create an environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported. Our goal is to prepare and equip them for the future as they pursue their dreams and confidently take the next steps in life.
